Housing, utilities (SSI, CalWORKs, CalFresh, IHSS, SSDI, UIB, SDI, veterans` benefits), education rights (special education and school discipline), criminal records, health care (Medi-Cal, Medicare, Partnership, Covered California) and citation defense for the homeless. We also offer limited support through our clinics and pro bono partners in family law (separation, custody and support), consumer law (debt defense and bankruptcy) and general civil law (tort). Starting May 2, our office offers walk-in hours on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. or until full capacity. We continue to encourage candidates to call our office for assistance instead of leaving if possible. The Eureka office serves Del Norte, Humboldt and Trinity counties.
